Our legal system is a circus one act after another. Officers go out and make
arrests and the legal system plays with the lives of that person until they

California's budget crisis has proved a boon for some defendants.
In a unanimous ruling, the California Supreme Court on Monday upheld the dismissal of 18 criminal cases, two of them felonies, in Riverside County because there were not enough judges to hear them.

I saw copwatch holding signs and being heard down 7th street in Eureka yesterday. A member of CopWatch stopped and spoke to me. I told her a story of why I thought that CopWatch is such a good organization and that I had been subject to police bullying. I wanted to share my incident with you.
