Illegal To Share Food In Public? FOOD NOT BOMBS!!! [video]

Illegal To Feed Homeless- Man Arrested 2009 [Video]

The "soup wars" continue... If you don't buy it, if you don't sell it- you're a criminal. And not everybody who eats free food is homeless. The State just wants to make sure people who are really hungry and don't have money, can't eat.

In PEOPLE PROJECT, we say "This ain't charity, it's survival!" We know that the only way we'll all make it is through SHARING. Read about Grub-n-Grab's and PEOPLE PROJECT's Good Morning Neighbors Breakfast Program.

Those Who Ignore the Past Are Bound to REPEAT IT -from PEOPLE PROJECT blog

This is from a July 6, 2005 PLAZOID. The Plazoid was a brilliant independent, self-published pamphlet/zine that circulated in Arcata in the mid 2000's.

SOON Nazi authorities and the police began to consign members of other groups to the new camps: homosexual men arrested as criminal offenders; Jehovah's Witnesses who refused to obey demands to cease their activities; women accused of prostitution; people labeled "asocial" because they were homeless, begged, or for some other reason did not fit into Nazi society.

Homeless Persons' Memorial Day

HOMELESS PERSONS' MEMORIAL DAY

Homelees people die from systemic violence.

Homeless people die from illnesses that affect everyone, frequently without healthcare.

Homeless people die when government policies deprive them of everything.

Homeless people die from exposure, unprotected from the heat and cold.

Homeless people die at the hands of police and civilians, in unprovoked hate crimes.

Health care is a human right.

Housing is a human right.
